Being in Your Body: Yoga For Survivors

This series is intended for all survivors of sexual assault who are looking to explore self-care techniques to heal spiritual and emotional pain. Learn how to use affirmations, mindfulness and breath work to cultivate acceptance and inner peace.
The funding for this series is provided by a grant through Yoga by Design and Bella Rose Yoga has graciously offered the studio space for our practice. Hope Shores Alliance will be providing voluntary and complimentary advocacy services for anyone looking for additional support.
