Embracing Courage, Compassion, & Connection

Join Paige for a January workshop series to explore ourselves in both mind and body to begin the new year with intention.

This workshop will run on Sundays, Jan. 6, 13, 20, & 27 from 4- 5:30 p.m. at the Besser Museum.

Early Bird Pricing (purchase by Dec. 30):

                                                 $80 for all four sessions (includes book and journal)

Regular Pricing: $100 for all four sessions (includes book and journal)


Each week will include a brief discussion followed by a guided practice which may involve gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, guided journaling, and guided meditation.


Workshop Topics & Schedule:


Week 1: Introduction: What is Wholehearted Living and how to begin letting go?

Week 2: Letting go of Perfectionism (read through guidepost 4)

Week 3: Cultivating Creativity (read guideposts 5-7)

Week 4: Cultivating Stillness (read guideposts 8-10)



What participants will gain:

  • Guidance from an advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga

  • A better understanding of the importance of your breath

  • Use of breath to center into your body to release tension

  • Gentle mobility exercises

  • Guided relaxation

  • Take home breathing techniques, movement, and awareness exercises you will be confident practicing on your own at home

  • Develop practices and techniques to deeply connect to loving and accepting yourself
