For many of us, this time of social isolation has been an opportunity to reflect on what is important and what we are immensely grateful for. It has also been a time where we have realized just how important having self-care practices are... from catching up on books we've been meaning to read for years to taking five minutes to breathe each morning. For others, including me, we feel an intense sense of burning out, of diminishing flames.
Perhaps you felt the should haves and would haves if you had only known... Perhaps this time has been one of unsettling changes and new responsibilities from homeschooling to preparing multiple meals a day every day. Perhaps living 24/7 with people you love or living 24/7 alone has affected you.
All of these things can leave us feeling depleted despite having more time at home. We are now coming to realize even more that we need these so called self-care practices but have no idea how to go about reigniting our own flame.

Spend a nourishing afternoon with me and a group of inspired like-minded individuals as we take a journey into reigniting our flames through intention and connection.
Together we will explore what it means to create sanctuary for us through asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), journaling, sankalpa (intention), and sadhana (daily spiritual practice) or dinacharya (daily self-care practice).
We will gather in our 'virtual studio', and all you'll need is your laptop or tablet, a comfy cushion and a blanket or two.
