Cultivating Sanctuary at Home
Are you craving some time to yourself? Do you feel guilt or shame arising when you think about wanting time just for you? Do you wonder what healthy boundaries look like? Or does time alone feel like a distant memory?
Sunday, June 14 from 1-3pm
Your investment in this important 'you-time' experience is just $45. Sunday, June 14, from 1-3 pm
I know this is going to be the restorative get away you're craving but haven't been able to find... yet.
We are going to have such a beautiful time together. I'll see you soon in our virtual Retreat space.
For many of us, this time of social isolation has been an opportunity to reflect on what is important and what we are immensely grateful for. It has also been a time where we have realized just how important having self-care practices are... from catching up on books we've been meaning to read for years to taking five minutes to breathe each morning.
But for some of us, it has also been a time of unsettling change and new responsibilities.
Preparing 3 meals a day... every day.
Living 24/7 with people you love... and crave space from.
Couriering groceries to elderly parents
Being a loving ear for friends not faring as well as you may be.
All of these things can leave us feeling depleted despite having more time at home. We are now coming to realize even more that we need these so called self-care practices but have no idea how to go about creating our own sanctuary.
If this is resonating for you, I'm delighted to invite you to a very special Yoga retreat... online!
Spend a nourishing afternoon with me and a group of inspired like-minded individuals as we take a journey into cultivating sanctuary at home.
Together we will explore what it means to create sanctuary for us through asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), journaling, sankalpa (intention), and dinacharya (daily self-care practice).
We will gather in our 'virtual studio', and all you'll need is your laptop or tablet, a comfy cushion and a blanket or two.
Here is our supportive and flowing agenda for our Retreat:
Welcome and Introduction
Opening Meditation & Intention Setting Ceremony
Movement Practice: Embodiment of Our Intentions
Reflection Exercise & Journaling
Discussion of Dinacharya: Creating a Flexible & Sacred Practice
It's going to be the time-out you've been craving!
